Scammed on Door Dash

So I definitely was scammed on door dash as a customer last night. Ordered about $30 worth of food late at night, around 11 Pm my time. Order gets picked up, see the driver about 20 mins away, okay sweet, I’m starving lol. I usually wait outside because I don’t want them waking up my family by ringing the door bell and I see the driver is about 2 mins away and as I step out, the order is marked complete. I’m pretty confused as they hadn’t arrived, and I wait. I wait about 15 mins and no show. I was just wondering, from a driver standpoint does this happen often? Door dash offers more options in my area and I’d hate to turn to another service as I can’t stand other delivery apps. Luckily CS was helpful and reimbursed me but still super inconvenient and I’ve had this happen to some friends before.
