Vomitted in the middle of a shop

A couple of days ago I went shopping and spontaneously vomitted into a bag in the middle of a shop, ran outside with said puke bag and a lovely man came out of his car and handed me some tissues which nearly made me cry. Then yesterday I had to change my clothes twice because I kept throwing up and wetting myself at the same time. I'm nearly 18 weeks, when will this end!
