Route information for OCT unavailable is unacceptable

Trying to go home on my usual early afternoon route. 3rd party GPS info down. 560560 text info down. Call to OCT info currently at 23 mins on hold. Route information on their website (mobile) unavailable. I have to make a choice as to which bus I use to get to my transfer (takes me 3 buses and a train now) but there is nowhere to get even the proper (non GPS) stop schedule. How can an organizations slogan be READY FOR RAIL when clearly even their schedules and bus info arent available. This should have been an easy win for them.

Expecting people to learn new buses/routes with no information available is ridiculous.

Edit - got through to OCT after 40 mins on hold. They acknowledged they dont have working schedules (or 560560 text). On the advise of commenters here I reinstalled my bus app.... And it works. Thanks Reddit for the answers/advice OCT was generally unable to answer (plus yall are a ton faster than 40 mins on hold)

The schedules are available, just not the live GPS information.

The schedule wasnt loading on my phone. I enter the route and pressed the button and all I got was a title for the route no actual times. Thankfully, on the advice of redditors, updated my app and now there is GPS times.

For the apps: uninstall and reinstall or delete all your favourites and re add them. Even if they aren't affected by any change. I use Ottawa Transit and it's working fine.

Do you have the Ottawa Transit app? I used it this morning and the GPS data seems to be fine now. I agree that the text info should be up by now, but that app is updated with the new routes and maps.

Ok Ill try a delete and reinstall maybe that will work. i use bus follower because it didnt ask for weird permissions it shouldnt need. If its not working perhaps I'l need to try another. My bus is now 15 mins late from its old time and im 37 mins on hold with OCT info (no answer yet).

Could try the automated phone stop info - 613 560 1000. Sometimes that works when the SMS texter tanks.

OCT is the Gatineau way to say it and it's wrong

Well Ive never lived in Gatineau, Im just too lazy to write Transpo.

Then just say OC. Even better for lazy people.
