Millennials love indoor vegetables gardens?

My younger brother in-law is moving to Canada where it gets super cold in the winters and hot in the summers. He wants to start a business where you can grow veggies all year round inside your home. Here’s his concept: https://oasis462323944.wordpress.com/

I’m not quite sure about this but he seems to think this is a hit with Millennials and I’m a bit old school. What do you guys think?

Don't market as millennials. We're about as homogenous as any other generation. The next generation is entering the workforce now, and this could help them to.

Market it as modern instead. The clean aesthetic looks really good to me.

Seconded. If there's one thing old people don't realize, is when you use the term "millennials" we think a lot of negative things about the person using the term. It's been nothing but derogatory news article after derogatory news article pinning the worlds problems on "useless millennials".

Modern, futuristic, chic, clean, eco-friendly, world-saving, high-tech, easy-care, etc etc.. All good things.

My bad. I didn’t mean anything negative using the term. I’ll make sure I won’t do that again.

There is something like this that was on Kickstarter

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ogarden/ogarden-smart

Their design is better in my opinion because it maximises space

I think they are a good idea but you are targeting the whole foods market. The people that want clean fresh produce.

These things are expensive and you won't convince that average family to drop money on this

Cool man, thanks for the heads up! It’s good to know he’s on the right path. He wants to make it quite affordable

I just asked, and my wife loves the look of your brother in-laws more than the OGarden. Aesthetics are huge with something like this. Also, the extendable part is extra cool - can make it either taller or wider depending on the spot.
