Do dogs faces turn dark purple under their fur when they choke on something?
humans faces do, and as far as i know dogs have somewhat similar skin

I don’t think so but their tongues turn blue when they can’t breath
Is this the same with cats? I have 2 and they both try to eat everything and I'm worried about them choking on something and not understanding what going on..
Yeah their tongues and gums will turn a bluish color
