Plz advice needed ... MSRA errors inbound and outbound. Packet sniffing revealed I am throwing nca_s_fault_access_denied (0x0...005). Win10 18362.418 behind domain network.... Last resort

In progress

When trying to connect using remote assistance (msra) I get a standard "your offer to help could not be sent", however other admins get the same error connecting to my pc. Upon sniffing the connection between myself and the other admins connection we found an error in wireshark "nca_s_fault_access_denied".

I've attempted to diagnose the root cause and have searched extensively with no luck. Microsoft support can't seem to find a solution either. I'm pretty tech savvy and have tried uncountable numbers of solutions. Firewalls and SAV were disabled and GPO does not affect the connection nor the firewall negatively (also disabled it to rule this out).

This is on my machine (not account), I have tried using the network administrator account. Same issue.

Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope

To note: RDC works fine and the only thing that is affected is MSRA
