US confirms links between the PYD-YPG and the PKK
United States Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter acknowledges the links between the PYD-YPG and the PKK, during a Q&A session at the Armed Services Committee. The PYD is held responsible for several violations of the international humanitarian law which include the forced use of children on the battlefield.
