2 Weeks Later, And My Clanmate is Still on PS4...

So my Clanmate logged into steam the day of Shadowkeep drop, and was thrown straight into a "Create Your Character" screen. Ever since that day, all of his characters from Blizzard are gone. Here is a link to it happening.

He's posted on the Bungie forums, he filled out a bug report, he filled out a separate bug report on the Cross Save help page. For some reason his characters show up on PS4, but don't exist on steam. I imagine this would probably be solved by just redoing his cross save? But there's a 90 day wait if he turns it off. So.... What? Is he just supposed to test it and wait for 90 days to see if it fixes it? Play fortnite in the meantime?

We've tried getting in contact with any kind of bungie support, but so far all of his bug reports, tweets, and bungie forum posts have had no responses. At this point we really are just looking for a "Hey! We hear you, and we are looking into it!" or better yet "Hey, we forced a redeploy of your cross save, should be good now!" Obviously not that easy, but anything is better than two weeks of silence and not being able to play with my friend.

But yeah.... anyone at all can you point us in the right direction please? <3
