I'm Michael Grant (some of the time) Ask Me Anything

I'm the author or co-author (with my wife, Katherine Applegate) of ~150 books, mostly in series: OCEAN CITY, MAKING OUT, SUMMER, ANIMORPHS, EVERWORLD, REMNANTS, GONE, BZRK, MAGNIFICENT 12 and FRONT LINES. Recently I've written two adult thrillers vaguely inspired by my own life: A SUDDEN DEATH IN CYPRUS and AN ARTFUL ASSASSIN IN AMSTERDAM. Now I live in LA with a view of the Hollywood sign and the ludicrous idea of breaking into scriptwriting at age 65. Before writing I was a house painter, a law librarian, a restaurant manager, a burglar and fugitive, a waiter, a restaurant reviewer, an editorial cartoonist, a property manager and a janitor. Yeah: weird life. STARTS: 1 PM Pacific, 11 AM Eastern. Pic: https://twitter.com/MichaelGrantBks/status/1188115653124710400?s=20

EDIT: OK, that's a couple hours. I'll try and come back later and pick up a few more. Thanks peoples.

EDIT: OK, I've answered some more.
