I was going to make a comment but then i read the comments and thought better of it. I think the message clearly states what the problem was and who needed to fix it.

The message was not taking into account the fact, that a lot of other things suck. Not only the things mentioned in the message, but also normal queue, premium queue. After reading your response, it should also mention that your support sucks balls too, but I don't think anyone is working to correct that.

You clearly showed a screenshot of what your problem was. It was written plain as day what the problem was and it was not us. You might of had other issues but the other commentors on this thread were right this was not us.
You cant just use a screenshot making your point and then when proven wrong back track and say you meant something else.

Steam sign-in
How is steam sign-in related in any way to 5v5 queue in FaceIt? It is related to people not being able to log in to Steam and join the game once it actually starts. It doesn't say a single word about not being able to start a 5v5 game on FaceIt itself, however there were many problems, expressing which was unclear by me. That's why I explained later what I meant by saying "Everything is having problems".

The thing is, every single fucking thing, every single fucking queue is having issues. Can't queue for HUBs, can't queue for Free, can't queue for Premium. This is very much FaceIt's fault.
