Topic Megathread: Data Sources (using FRED)

This thread is meant to hold a collection of links to data on various macroeconomic variables. These are all links to data as hosted in the FRED database.

This database obviously has its own website and is somewhat organized already, as you can see here

But even within all of these categories there are still so many variables, so this thread is meant to help find just the smaller subset of variables that are especially popular or commonly used in macro analysis. The links provided here will only show a graph of recent data. You must use each variable's given mnemonic within whatever data analysis program/language you prefer to see the actual numeric data.

It is hard to know where to draw the line on what to include, certainly more can be added over time, please add any comments or feedback about this in the General Discussion thread.
