There needs to be a better way to work out what weather does
Basically what the title says. Cyclone has a wiki post (which is already pretty hidden away as far as information goes), but the other two weather types appear to only have ever been mentioned in patchnotes. And expecting players to go there to find out what these do is... well it's wishful thinking.
Heck, I just discovered (maybe, I think) that thunderstorm and snowstorm are the same thing.

Also, Cyclone has been broken effects wise on some maps for a long time. I'm thinking Two Brothers is one of them.
It used to get really really dark and murky looking, so even without looking at the timer you knew the cyclone was in effect. Now though, it's just a nice sunny day but your lookouts won't use the binoculars for some reason.
Afraid of looking at the bright sun through the binoculars and getting blinded?
