First time in London, whats a must see/do besides the obvious?

I'm in London, Essex, for the Weekend and have absolutely no Idea what I'm going to do there. Do you guys have any tips what I shouldn't miss? I hope to get some good photos, eat awesome things and do awesome things nobody could imagine, so any advice is highly appreciated.
