Looking for Meditech IT Management resources

Hi all,
I have been looking for online resources that explain to an IT person coming into Meditech how it is structured -- the servers, databases, roles, services, required ports, etc.; info that would be of use to someone in an IT administrator or support role. I am finding nothing but end-user guides. Is everything behind Meditech's customer portal? I don't have access to that. Do you have any links you can share or insight to give? Thanks in advance.
