Best place for Memphis BBQ, why, and your favorite dish from that restaurant

Mine depends on what mood I'm in. If I'm in midtown I get the pulled pork sandwich with slaw and sauce from Central and you HAVE to get a side of their Mac 'N Cheese, but if I'm downtown I'm torn between the BBQ Spaghetti dinner from Interstate BBQ on South 3rd or a sliced pork sandwich with corn on the cob from Cozy Corner. I'll get Corky's but only if I'm eating outdoors at the park with people or something and I've been known to frequent Rendezvous but usually when I want lots of beer. Can't forget about out East with Jim 'N Nick's, 3 Little Pigs, and Neely's. What are your favorite places and dishes?
