Best place for groceries?

Hello Memphis reddit!

I just moved here a few weeks ago, and I've been trying to find a good place to get groceries. Right now I'm going to Costco, Kroger, and Whole Foods. Costco for yogurt and vegetables; Kroger for fruits, vegetables, juice, sometimes canned soups or cereal; Whole foods for raw nuts, soymilk, tofu.

I was wondering if there was somewhere cheaper, like a Trader Joe's type place that would still have organic/natural foods? I'm vegetarian, and I often go grocery shopping with my roommates, one of which is sugar free and the other is celiac/gluten free.

Well, Memphis reddit- Any recommendations? Thanks!
