Am I stuck at community college, or could I be an exception to transfer?

My major is computer science, considering environmental science (currently taking biology). I am failing Precalculus this semester, I expect to pass Biology. Moving forward I would have to pass Precalculus in the Spring, and pass Calculus I next Fall in order to meet minimum requirements to transfer to university.

If I am focusing entirely on computer science then precal/calculus are the only classes that matter. That would put me less than part-time, hence the question. I am looking to move forward as productively and practically as possible
