What does -20 "REG" mean after a frustrated player scenario failure? - in pression history

In my CFM mode T Hill got frustrated and failed scenario, the result was -20 Morale and -20 REG.

Does anyone know what the REG is for? Google has been no help.

I can only assume "reg" = regression, which scares poop out of me.

Someone plz tell me I didnt permanently damage the human glitch?
