How to enable Console Commands for Game Pass version?
Radio Free Monarch quest bugged for me so I can't get Nyoka as a companion and wanna use the console command workaround. Thanks in advance.

You can. I also have the gamepass version and needed to remove the bugged out paranoia flaw. I followed this https://www.nexusmods.com/theouterworlds/mods/1?tab=description and you're gonna use Otis_Inf's Universal UE4 Unlocker.
Thank you very much! :)
