First vegan thanksgiving help

This will be my first vegan thanksgiving, but previously vegetarian. I usually make homemade tofurkeys but I’m interested in the premade ones as well. I know field roast and gardein make a few different roasts and whatnot. I was wondering what the best one is and any other favorite vegan thanksgiving things you all have
