My mother passed away (1 yr ago) and I can't afford her house and it's full of stuff like this. Please for the love of cheese, help me.

In all sincerity I want to preserve as much of my mother's legacy as possible. That amazing woman left this house hoarded AF. No gross trash or animal hoarding but so VERY many things! Going through them is making me crazy(er) ESPECIALLY when I try and try and I can't seem to find ANY info about them.
