HELP! taking mods out of this pack is impossible

I downloaded this pack from this sub:

https://www.reddit.com/r/GoldenAgeMinecraft/comments/abc6o7/the_lowmango_pack/

I unzipped it and looked in the "mods" folder...almost no mods in it! Most of the mods are missing!

How do I take mods out of there? I downloaded it to take some specific mods to install separately (not the whole pack) but I can't figure out how to do that!
