Pokemon Center Online no longer allowing preorder cancellations ...

So I hit the straw that finally broke the camels back today when I saw how short the new games are going to be and went to cancel my preorder only to find that about 15 minutes they are no longer allowing cancellations to prepare orders for shipping and their live chat function is offline.

Does anyone know where to find a phone number to call?
I dont want to have to pay shipping to send it back.
