My teacher got this plant from her former student. She said that the plant is from Tibet. Could You guys help?

Looks like an Euphorbia. Maybe Euphorbia tibetica if she is sure about it’s origin?

She is not sure about origin. But thanks for the help. However it is Euphorbia or Pencil Cactus, which other person stated.

Pencil cactus are super poisonous and can cause blindness. Handle with care.
