Glad to see guys are starting to see franks value as a defender. He changes games, most certainly a culture piece. Dotson was a pest on D tonight as well. I wanna see Kadeem out there with these guys as well. Let’s establish that defensive identity. No more rookie guards torching the knicks.

I was at the game yesterday and Frank was incredible on defense. He had like 3 game changing plays and then missed one three, so Fizdale took him out for Smith. It was so dumb, Doncic right away got into the paint and had more room with Smith instead of Frank and they almost won because of that.

Lol, no. Didn't take him out for Smith because of the 3. If you saw how it went down, he took frank out with 6min or 4 min left. Why? Because of the 5 fouls. He wanted frank out there for the final possessions of the game, hence him not wanting frank to foul out beforehand. Frank went back in in the final minute to help with defensive stops

I think he took frank out bc of the foul trouble. But I feel where you’re coming from. I still believe in DSJ potential, but holy shit it’s tough to watch certain players get rolled over on D. I think fiz should add Kadeem into the rotation whenever he returns from injury. Kadeem goes hard and he got a little jumpshot too. Exactly what the knicks need IMO.
