Reminds me of the public street washrooms in Amsterdam. Basically your middle is covered but your feet and face are clearly visible from the busy street. Kinda awkward really.

Don't even need that. Just the light inside the toilet needs to be brigther than outside --> during the night
I think if you press your face against it you should be able to see through.
Also once it’s dark outside the effect will reverse. You can only see through from the darker side if I’m not mistaken.
