African Grey Parrot needs home

I'm in a very bad situation. I've tried to find her a home before but things are just worse now.

Im in an abusive marriage. At this point I am suffering from mental health issues and I can't leave the house very much but I'm planning escape. I have a cat and my bird. I took her to a sanctuary in January this year and she did not do well there so I went back to get her.

She's more neurotic than most grays. She's a plucker since puberty (she's ~9 years old). She has flock fears. She is comfortable with hands and people and talks and knows a lot of behaviors I taught her. She gives clear body language. She eats well, likes garbanzo beans and harrison's pellets and apples and lots of veggies especially if you treat her like a baby human and do the nomnomnom thing that makes baby humans eat.

I trimmed her wings in an aesthetic way so she can still fly but not gain height. She's a good flyer but she's still getting used to that.

I can tell you all about her and all the things she communicates as far as what she wants and needs. She's out of the cage whenever I'm home, which is pretty much always. I've gone out for ~4 hours at a time every 9 days or so. I used to leave her in her cage for 5 hours a day when I was in school and she was fine.

She's afraid of new toys like most grays are, and she prefers homemade paper toys with almonds hidden inside.

Obviously I don't want to part with her. She needs someone with a lot of experience with neurotic CAGs. She did not argue with the other CAGs at the sanctuary and they left her alone, but the experience was overwhelming for her. I have all her medical records and she's not acquired anything bad from the sanctuary and she's been an only bird in quarantine since February. She had a split keel from a fall and it is healed now.

I think she'd do ok with another CAG or other ~470g bird but not any smaller or larger birds. I used to have a GCC and a budgie and they had to be kept very separate.

I'm in Indiana, have transportation. She loves my husband and I'd thought that I could leave her here with him. If I can't find a great home for her I guess I still can leave her here but she will be in her cage a lot and it will be a point of weakness for me to come back here. I hope that makes sense. I think she can do better. Maybe I can get updates about her.

She's a very good bird.

Edit: Some responses I've gotten are less than appropriate. Please be ready to answer questions and show me where she will reside in your home and tell me how prepared you are for what having an african gray parrot entails. I know as well as anyone that situations change (obviously), but it's a big commitment.
