Combination latching and momentary footswitch???

Trying to make a simple tap tempo switch box, but was curious if it's possible to buy a footswitch that works both as a momentary and latching switch? Specifically, it should work like a typical latching switch, but when the button is pressed down all the way, it would also work as a momentary switch before you make it click. Googling just gets me articles about the differences between the two types.
