At Opera we have jobs available and are keen to get the best people no matter where in the world they come from. About half of our staff are foreigners so English is the spoken language in the company. We dont care where you come from just that you are good at what you do. As a staff member here I can honestly say this is the coolest place I have worked. It's a very creative environment which suits self motivated people - official work hours are 10am-2pm and while you are expected to work a full weeks hours, when you do is up to you. And many perks - all day food (essentially free), a sleeping room, weekly massage, 20% time, offices with glass windows around a kids play area if you want to take them in some days, 5 weeks holiday (but you usually take more to compensate for the late nights when needed), in house gym, pingpong, football table, Friday afternoon beers/wine provided...more I'm sure as after a few years you forget what is a perk vs. normal. And you get to live in a really cool country... if you don't mind the cold and are prepared to become browser obsessed.
