First batch, seems like it's ok... but I wanted to check

For the first few days my fermenter was happily bubbling away. Then we had a cold front and the closet I was keeping the beer in dropped down to at least 60 degrees (This is the temperature I got when I check it after getting back from work so it probably warmed up a bit from the previous night).

After that night I couldn't catch the fermenter bubbling at all (with my paranoia I actually had it next to my bed to keep an eye on it). I've read in a few places about cold shock and stuck fermentation but didn't want to go overboard so I decided to let it finish the week.

This morning makes day 8 and I took a SG reading of 1.010 (starting 1.045) which matches the recipe I'm brewing against. Was this just a fast fermentation? Is this normal?

I popped open the lid and took a (admittedly bad) picture.

tl;dr Probably just paranoid cause it's my first time, want advice on whether beer is ok.
