Any "Favorite" Weird/Annoying Things That Your Neighbors Do?

I've been awake for a few hours because I'm having trouble falling asleep. Every day I'm woken up by this thumping noise coming from the unit above me. It drives me crazy. Also, my neighbor constantly thinks I work at Paramount Studios. I've assured her on several occasions that I do not. Anybody have interesting/annoying neighbors?
