Army Signal Corps or Navy Information Warfare

Hi, I'm looking for anyone who has information (through direct experience or otherwise) on these two fields. I'm looking to commission in the Army or Navy (Air Force told me they have too many people and don't need me). I'm a sophomore pursuing a double major in Finance and Computer Science. Although my first goal is to serve my country, I heard that TS (top-secret clearance) is extremely useful for future job prospects and would like to do everything I can to put myself in a position where getting TS clearance is probable. Thank you!

TL;DR I want to join the military as an officer and would appreciate input on either of these fields.
