Since it's always neo-cons who get read-in on the trans-temporal alien issue, does it make anything wonder if the neo-con plan of taking over the world might actually be a good idea?

If aliens know the future, maybe they've advised us to become extremely powerful in order to insure our survival. Clinton and Carter never got read-in on the ufo/alien issue. Perhaps there's an outside-the-box reason.
