Taking apart and re-applying paste to a Gateway NV52

So I want to disassemble (and hopefully re-assemble) a Gateway NV52. I've worked with Desktops, but never laptops. I was wondering if you could help me with the following.

1. Where can I find a guide to disassembling a Gateway NV52. I know there was a site posted a few weeks/months ago, but I can't seem to locate it.

2. Any tips, tricks, or warnings you would like to give me.

My goal is to remove and re-apply some thermal paste as well as clean the inside. My laptop is running dangerously hot (90 C on any type of video, 70 C normal) and I would like to try and figure out why.

Edit: I found the site, but it does not have a service manual for an NV52.
