Help with neighbor

So I live in an apartment in Cambridge. I get woken up every single night, at all hours of the night, from 11p till 6am, by my neighbor who does some kind of exercises (sprints?) which shakes my entire apartment. Her and I are the only two people on the top floor. I have asked her several times, nicely and politely, to stop. I asked if she could only do these high impact exercises during waking hours. Yet the next night she is at it again. Not trying to use r/Boston as a "complain about your neighbor" log. I am wondering if people are aware if there are any anti-noise laws that would help me. Would landlords in MA would help in this situation? Communication with her doesn't seem to be helping me sleep at night.
