Should I meet up with Czech Republic girls that I met at a wedding they were catering?

Alright so here's the story. I live in Florida and a friend of mine was having a wedding in Cape Cod. The wedding was fun, tons of food and free drinks obviously but it was mostly a sausage fest or the women were there with their dates. I noticed a couple of cute waitresses and proceeded to talk with them briefly. I tell them I live in Florida, and they mention to me that they are headed there in the end of October/beginning of November. Keep in mind at this point I'm a little under the influence and end up exchanging my facebook info/phone number not thinking anything would come of it. I live with another roommate who is out of town for the past month and won't be back anytime soon. We sent a couple of messages back and forth on facebook talking about meeting up around Halloween and they ended up not being able to make it and went to Miami instead, letting me know they might be able to stop on their way back. Last night I got a message saying, "What about tomorrow evening? Finally... Send me a text on my phone: +432XXXXXXXX Please..:)".

What would you guys do? Should I meet up with them? They are from the Czech Republic, I don't recall why they are in the US, and only talked to them for about 5-10 minutes. Now they've driven all the way from Cape Cod to Florida and want to meet up a couple months later. It's a weekday and I have to work 8-5 and I'm worried they'll want to stay overnight (which is fine, but I have to leave the house at 7:45 and don't want them to stay while I'm gone) They seem pretty normal but still, the messages have been short and I barely know them.

TL;DR Met some girls at a wedding in Cape Cod while drunk, they're from the Czech Republic. Couple months later they want to meet up in Florida where I live. Not sure if I should meet up with them or if I'll wake up in a tub of ice.

EDIT: It was a great night! So glad I did it, they were very nice people and even cooked me dinner!
