Has anyone elses 3G been RIDICULOUSLY slow in the city?

I've actually resorted to switching to edge on my iphone4. Even though 3G says it has full service!

Edit 1: Called ATT. They said there are 1000 cell towers in manhattan. they are building 11 more by march. He said, "That should really speed things up." I lol'd.

Edit 2: Just used the speedtest ap. Using 3g I got 2.87mbps download speed. Using Edge I got .14mbps. I'm not totally sure what it means BUT I THINK IT MAKES ME ANGRY!
