Fittit, what are your experiences with Paleo diets?

I've been thinking about switching over, so I thought I'd see what the good people of Fittit have to say. Has anyone tried this type of diet? How did it go?

Also, is it possible on a pretty tight budget (150-200 $/month for food) or is it just too expensive?
