Has anyone else noticed this problem with the market?

I have been developing apps for a while now, and I have published a few of them but 2 aren't showing on one of my development phones. They are showing on all of the other phones but not on this one phone.

My initial thought was that for some reason the phone wasn't able to see paid apps, but it can. I did a factory reset anyways and set it up with another gmail account but the problem is still there.

When I search for the developer name, I get all of my apps except for these two. Does anyone know why this might happen? P.S: it's a Samsung Europa
