Pass legalization of marijuana like everything else - antiterrorism

The next attempt at legalizing marijuana should try to pass the voters/congress the same way everything else does... play the terrorism card... Illegal marijuana sales help fund terrorists (Supposedly) Thusly legalization of marijuana would make it harder for terrorists to get funding.

Call it something like "Prevention of Domestic Support of Terrorism Reduction Bill"

Be sure to mention pot as like line item 386 of 639.
