Getting repetedly precountered by Terran Bio -> Viking -> Mech... Considering IRL suicide / attending Palin rally

Hey Reddit, cherry post here from the bathroom at work.

I play Protoss, and have been having a very problematic problem when dealing with Terran tech switches. Mental diahrrea to follow:

Two weeks ago, I queued up for a random and was paired with a terran player in platinum league. At the time, my general strategy vs. Terran was two gate robo into a ~55 food natural and (probably) a briskly paced transition into storm after I see a couple Vikings or medevacs.

So, going into this game I was prepared to execute the standard timing of the build, including things like a photon cannon or two after banshee harass. At about the point where I typically expected a harass / drop, no pressure whatsoever was made. He had been using comsats like nobodys business, so I was blind and began frantically to put together a warp prism drop to stop his probably rampant economy. This is maybe 14 or 15 minutes in. I have two collossi and a reasonable four gate force.

He rolls in to my main with six Vikings, a pair of medevacs, and a good 25 food of bio.. GG. One base, OK economy for him at the time of the push.

Since then, I have tried about four different builds to dent this push in some way. Four gate kicks in right as his medevacs pop, so the initial assault doesn't work and then the Terran goes mech and has crazy air control (they still make a pair of Vikings regardless); He then slow pushes to victory. Quick stargate gets stomped by marines and is slower than 1/1/1 anyways. I had high hopes for the DT rush, but a quick Comsat + stim rips DTs and the Terran (again) mech/BC techs into a slow push. Blink stalkers fare the best, but even if I play perfectly my tech choices are non existent because of the fucking limitless and Tier 1-1.5 counter units Terran has. So seriously, what the hell are my options here?

TLDR: Terran 1/1/1 with preemptive Vikings and stim is giving me kidney stones and ulcers, please help me and donate mental property.
