Prop 19 Cali failed, Prop 3 in Houston was rejected! Red-Light Cameras are GONE!

What really irritated me was the fact that people were touting this for its revenue generating effect. Fuck. Why not just hire some bandits to rob people at random to solve the budget problem here (and its a problem, not a 'crisis').

It was never about safety. Countless studies have been conducted that show that safety is not improved when a camera is installed at a traffic light.

Also, nice try with the ambiguous wording. The proposition was worded that it made it LEGAL to place them at stop lights. This implies that it is currently ILLEGAL but is happening any way. Very confusing.
