S4 is going to be hard to top. [SPOILER]

Anyone else feel S5 is fairly weak and there is really no way for the stakes to be raised as high as they were previously? I love the show and all, but losing Rita was such a devastating hit - and I don't feel I have near the emotional connection with his kid.

Anyone else feel this way? Killing Rita was such a huge mistake in my opinion (nice shock and awe, but long-term it will take some time to get connected to someone like that again, and in interviews Michael C Hall stated that he does not see Dexter getting with anyone else.)

Deb might be the only strong relationship left.

Am I the only one who feels this way?
