Smoker, Grill, Fire Pit, Pizza Oven, etc.

I want to make a do it all grill/smoker in my back yard. I'm thinking of building it out of brick or concrete block. Has anyone done anything like this before? Anyone know of any good plans that might give me a place to start? Thanks.
