I think I've purchased all the best gear that I can with JP... What's next?

Assuming that raiding is right out -- I don't have time or inclination to read up on the fights or dedicate multiple consecutive hours to the game, usually -- am I basically done?

edit: I am dual-spec'd, so I have thought about heading down the "get my other spec as awesome as possible" route, but honestly nothing but tanking really holds my interest for long.
