Hey reddit, what is this and why can I not report it?

I'm talking about this banner / sponsored advert.

• Looks legit but redirects to some referral scheme... which ends up here (click either at own risk) -- landing page for some some 'flirty' SMS service you have to opt out of.

• Microtaint is a self-confessed 'dirt bag internet marketer' who uses any trick in the book to get his pages to climb Google's ranks.

Why is there no 'report' link for misleading paid-for adverts, or at least the ability to comment on them (as is the case for qgyyh when the reddit guys do their amazon referral thing)?
