My finance wants me to help with the gift registry but I can't think of a single thing I want. Any suggestions?

We're registered at Sears, which seems to have pretty much everything, but I don't really want any of it. My finance keeps reminding me to finish the registry and she thinks I am just being lazy, but I have stared at the screen for hours trying to find something I would like to have and haven't registered for a single thing.
