What's the coolest thing a professor has ever done for you/your class?

This past hockey season, my school got to the frozen four. The semi-finals was on a thursday, late in the school year so many people couldn't go due to school work among other things. I got this email from my professor 2 weeks before:

If you are considering going to the Frozen Four game in Detroit, I would strongly encourage you to do so. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity!!!! If you can afford to go, by all means GO!!! The ticket office opens tomorrow at 7AM. Good luck!!!! Let me know if you are going and I will make arrangements for you to make up the work you will be missing!!!

That "work you'll be missing" was exam 2/2 :D
