Does anyone else find the term "well-woman exam" strange?
This comes from an interactive training my company has us doing for next year's benefits. The training is by Aetna, btw. In the section defining preventive care, rather than gynecological exams, it said well-woman exams. Now, obviously there are aspects other than just the basic pap smear & pelvic exam, but it just seemed...strange to me. (Mammograms had their own bullet point, incidentally.)
