I want to run for Mayor of Miami FL!

No joke, I plan to sit in on the city hall meeting this January and to start asking around the community about everyone's concerns/needs so that I can begin to plan a campaign. I am registered with no party affiliation. I am 21, turning 22 this December.

I have two questions:

1. What party, if any, should I look for support from and why?

2. If you live in Miami, what are your concerns?
